Disbelief , plunged into grief , heartbroken , a feeling of dismay and dishonesty.
Unexpectedly on November the 18th Frank Papendrecht passed away ,
a sincere , amiabel , beloved man , a friend , an animated and enthusiastic musician , a fantastic bassplayer and a warm member of our band.
Always relaxed , serene , peaceful and with a smile.
...and then you can only be silent…..there are no words to express ourselves..
Frank’s very last performance was on November 6th in Het Proeflokaal .
And as always Frank played fantastically, again it was sheer enjoyment.
We are extremely happy , that we have had the opportunity to share the stage with you the last couple of years and that we have been able to enjoy your honest, inspiring and surprising bassplaying and your friendliness , sincerity and warmth .
You were virtuoso in your simplicity
Many thanks for all these beautiful moments , that we will cherish.
